Privacy

This document describes the cloud trial. Operator details and the final privacy notice must be completed before public access is enabled.

Your content

We store the photos and videos you choose, their metadata, account details, frame permissions and delivery status. Originals and display files use private storage and authorised downloads.

Sharing

Owners manage their spaces. Helpers manage assigned frames. Contributors see their own submissions unless broader access is granted. Private albums are shared explicitly.

Retention

Deleted originals stay in Recently deleted for seven days, counting against capacity. Paid storage overflow has sixty days of grace. Explicit deletion schedules cleanup of media backups. Offline frames apply deletion when they reconnect.

Your controls

Export account data, download originals, withdraw submissions and delete your account in Settings. Payment channels retain transaction records according to their policies.

Cloud deployments use Supabase, Vercel, Render, Cloudflare and Resend. Payments use Stripe, Apple and Google. Content access and provider processing can occur outside the primary database region.
