Connect a frame

Connect to Wi-Fi on the frame. Enter its eight-digit code in your workspace, then confirm your account on the frame.

Invite your family

Open frame settings to create an invitation. Contributors manage their own memories; helpers manage the assigned frame.

Check delivery

Open a memory to see its delivery status on each frame. Downloaded confirms a verified copy saved on the frame. Offline frames update when they reconnect; paused frames keep their existing memories. Storage and download problems appear here too.

Offline frames

Downloaded memories keep playing. New memories arrive when the frame reconnects.

Your originals

Download originals from your library. Recently deleted originals are kept for seven days. Subscription overflow has a sixty-day grace period.

Manage subscriptions

Use the original purchase channel: App Store, Google Play or this website. Benefits last until the paid period ends.

Web billing and refunds

Open Plan & storage, then Web billing history to reach your original web subscription, including after your plan returns to Free. A successful full refund of the current complete billing period ends its paid access after verification. Partial refunds and refunds for earlier periods keep the current plan. Refunding a payment does not cancel automatic renewal; manage renewal separately in web billing.
